I. Installation test and adjustment.

In order to prevent the power supply is the wrong direction, the user in the first time after the power supply, first open manual to half open position, in accordance with the electric switch to check the direction of the indicator disc and the valve closed direction can be consistent.
　　Second, common failures and eliminate methods
　　1, the installation before the road to confirm the performance of the plant products and media flow direction arrow is consistent with the movement of the working conditions, and the valve cavity insert clean, do not allow the seal ring and butterfly plate with impurities foreign matter, not cleaned before the butterfly plate is never allowed to close, so as not to damage the seal ring.
　　2、Disc plate installation flange is recommended to use special flange for disc valve, namely HGJ54-91 socket welding steel flange.
　　3、The position of installation in the pipeline, the best position for vertical installation, but can not be installed upside down.
　　4, the use of the need to adjust the flow rate, there is a worm gear box for control.
　　5、The butterfly valve with more opening and closing times, in about two months time, open the worm gear box cover to check whether the grease is normal, and should keep the right amount of grease.
　　6、Check the coupling parts required to be pressed, that is, to ensure the honeycomb of the packing, but also to ensure that the stem rotation is flexible.
　　7、Metal seal butterfly valve products are not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline, such as must be installed at the end of the pipeline, it is necessary to take equipped with export flange, to prevent the seal ring pressure accumulation, over position.
　　8, the valve stem installation and use response to regularly check the effect of the use of the valve, found fault timely elimination.
